Return & Exchange Policy


SPECIALTY COFFEE ASSOCIATION STORE EXCHANGE POLICY


SCA hopes you are happy with all of your purchases, but understands that problems sometimes happen.

Warranty. Products sold through the SCA Store are made by suppliers who may have their own warranties. SCA does not provide additional product warranties.

Exchange Policies. The SCA Store only accepts return items for exchange, and will not issue refunds unless an acceptable exchange item is not available.

  • Damaged Goods – We will replace damaged goods if the damage occurred during transit. Photos of the damaged product are required and should be sent to store@sca.coffee. Upon your request, we will send you a pre-paid return UPS or FedEx label.
  • Wrong Item – If we ship you the wrong item, we will replace it at no expense to you. Upon your request, we will send you a pre-paid return UPS or FedEx label.
  • Customs Issues – For international sales, it is your responsibility to ensure your package will pass through customs in your country. SCA will not be responsible for items damaged or seized by customs agencies. 
  • Sizing Chart – We have a sizing chart on our website for apparel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you determine and select the proper size when ordering. If you order an incorrect size, you may return the item for exchange. But you must pay all shipping charges for the returned item and its replacement, unless the return is caused by a significant error in our sizing chart, in which case we will pay for the return and replacement shipping.
  • All Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.  We will not ship the replacement until we receive the original. You must pay for shipping of the returned and replacement item, except as described above.
  • You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
  • Items returned must be unused and unwashed
  • Any product that is not returned, but is refunded, or is replaced due to circumstances, the sales tax on the original sale (if applicable) which is being kept by the customer, will not be refunded.
